**Philodendron 'Lemon Lime'** is a popular cultivar known for its vibrant foliage. Here's an overview of this attractive plant:

### Appearance:
- **Leaves:** The leaves of Philodendron 'Lemon Lime' are typically heart-shaped or lanceolate with a glossy texture. They feature a striking color combination of bright green and yellowish-green, resembling the hues of a lemon and lime, hence the name. The younger leaves tend to be more intensely colored, while mature leaves can have a mix of green and yellow tones.
- **Growth Habit:** This Philodendron grows as a compact plant with a moderate growth rate. It tends to trail or vine as it matures, making it suitable for hanging baskets or as a trailing plant on shelves.

### Habitat:
- **Native Region:** Philodendron species are native to tropical rainforests of Central and South America, where they thrive in humid and shaded environments.

### Cultivation:
- **Light:** Philodendron 'Lemon Lime' thrives in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light conditions but may lose its vibrant coloration and grow more slowly. Direct sunlight should be avoided, as it can scorch the leaves.
- **Water:** Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water thoroughly when the top inch or so of soil feels dry. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings, but do not let it become completely dry.
- **Humidity:** It prefers moderate to high humidity levels. Increase humidity by misting the plant regularly, using a humidity tray, or placing it near a humidifier, especially in dry indoor environments.
- **Temperature:** Philodendron 'Lemon Lime' prefers temperatures between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Protect it from temperatures below 50°F (10°C) and avoid exposure to cold drafts.

### Propagation:
- **Methods:** Propagate Philodendron 'Lemon Lime' through stem cuttings. Take a cutting with at least one node and place it in water or a well-draining potting mix until roots develop. Provide warmth and indirect light for successful rooting.
- **Care During Propagation:** Keep the cutting moist until roots are established. Once rooted, transplant it into a larger pot or suitable growing medium.

### Care:
- **Fertilization:** Feed with a balanced, diluted liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce fertilization in the fall and winter when growth slows down.
- **Pruning:** Regularly prune to remove yellow or damaged leaves and encourage bushier growth. Pruning also helps maintain the plant's shape and appearance.
- **Pests:** Monitor for common pests such as spider mites, mealybugs, or aphids. Treat infestations promptly with appropriate methods to prevent damage.

### Unique Features:
- **Colorful Foliage:** The bright green and yellowish-green foliage of Philodendron 'Lemon Lime' adds a cheerful and tropical touch to indoor spaces. The color contrast makes it an attractive choice for plant enthusiasts and collectors.
- **Versatility:** Its compact growth habit and trailing nature allow it to be used effectively in various indoor settings, including hanging baskets, containers, or as a trailing plant on shelves or furniture.

**Philodendron 'Lemon Lime'** is a visually appealing and relatively low-maintenance plant that can thrive indoors with proper care. Its colorful foliage and adaptability make it a popular choice for adding greenery and vibrancy to homes and offices.
