Cotyledon pendens likes a sunny, cool and ventilated environment, with strong growth ability. Resistant to drought, it should be watered throughly when it completely dries out.
In spring and autumn, it should be given ample sunlight, which can help it grow beautiful colors. Otherwise, its color of the leaves tends to turn green, and then lose its red edge. Also the blade pitch is elongated and loses its activity.
